50. The Commission reviewed the memorandum of Central Market Director in relation to application that presented by Messrs/

1. AlSafi Co. for Fruits and vegetables trade the lessee of shops Nos. (58+59+60+61+62) from (c) stage.
2. Almafraq Co. for Fruits and vegetables trade the lessee of shop No. (48) from (c) stage.
3. Mr./Ibrahim Mohammad Hammoud the lessee of shop No. (49) from (c) stage.

That they requested the following :
1. Payment the due rents in installments.
2. Striking off the rents in 2009 year.

And by discussion: The Commission decided to approve the following:
1. Discount the half of rents for the topic companies.
2. Payment the due rents in installments for the topic companies on 24 months, according to checks as the following table:

The Commission reviewed the memorandum of Central Market Director in relation to the Letter of the General Manager of Jordan Custom No. (85873/1/4/104), which requested to addressing His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Trade in relation to the decisions of the Management Commission of Central Market Nos. (35/c/1) during its session held on 08/07/2008, that containing prevent entry potatoes (local and imported) to the central market except by carton or plastic containers or sacks from 15/08/2008, and the decisions of the Management Commission of Central Market No. (38) during its session held on 18/08/2008 containing prevent entry citrus (local and imported) to the central market except by carton or plastic containers or sacks from 1/10/2008.

And by discussion: The Commission decided to approve to addressing His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Trade in this respect.

52. The Commission reviewed the memorandum of Central Market Director in relation to application that presented by Messrs/Mohammad Mahmoud Abu Jaber Co. , AlJabali Co. for Fruit and Vegetable , AlQal'a Co. for Marketing agricultural products, Mr./Suhaib Nasha't, Mr./ Mahmud Salem , Mr./ Mohammad Abedulmawla, Messrs/ Fajer AlManar Co., Salman Abedulmawla Sons Co., Mr./ Mansour Abedulmawla, Messrs/ Bab AlAmoud Co. for Fruit and Vegetable, Messrs/ Wahat AlOrdon Co. , Messrs/ Amer Abdurrahman and Partners , Mr./ Bassam Musleh , Mr./ Said AlNasha amd Mr. / Mahmoud Suliman AlAwawdeh that they requested to approve to leasing him umbrellas in stage (C + D).

And by discussion: The Commission decided to refuse this request according to the letter of The Syndicate of Fruits and Vegetables Traders and Exporters No.(161/H/2008) dated 28/10/2008, that containing request to refuse this request.

53. The Commission reviewed the memorandum of Central Market Director in relation to application that presented by Messrs/ The Syndicate of Fruits and Vegetables Traders and Exporters No. (157/H/2008) dated 12/10/2008 that they requested the following:

1. Specializing part of south space for parking beside banana sweat room.
2. Specializing another part in the corner of AlWaraqiat space as a park for agents cars.
And by discussion: The Commission decided to approve the suggestion of Central Market Director to open the opposite space of banks as a park for agents cars, under the Municipality supervising and management.

54. The Commission reviewed the memorandum of Central Market Director in relation to application that presented by Messrs/ The Central Markets Services Co. dated 15/10/2008 , that they requested to join the north- east space of the market (watermelon sale space) to the company and inclusion it with rent contract of cars parks space, and Specializing the company's rented space for stopping the empty pickups for loading, in condition that will manage by the company.

And by discussion: The Commission decided change the currant watermelon space to parks for loading and uploading manage by the company and prevent entry the empty pickups to sale spaces and leasing new space for watermelon sale manage by the Municipality.

Under clause: what have happened lately of works:

55. The Commission reviewed the letter of Messrs/ The Syndicate of Fruits and Vegetables Traders and Exporters No.(162/H/2008) dated 28/10/2008 that they requested operating and activation export space.

And by discussion: The Commission decided from 1/11/2008 the following :
1. Receiving (500) Five hundred dinars from each gent as a substitute for services for each car convert by the agent to export workshops outside the market.
2. Receiving (500) Five hundred dinars from exporter as a substitute for services for each car received by the exporter from outside of export space to his workshops.
3. Receiving (200) Two hundred dinars from the farmer as a substitute for services for each car he send it exporters workshops from outside of export space.
4. Ministry of Agriculture will control the quality of goods that prepared for export inside the export space, give quality certifications for the exporter form the export space instead of exporters workshops.
5. Annunciate the contains by all means (television, radio, newspaper).
