Work strategies in the market are developed by a committee formed according to central markets regulations constitutes from:

1- His Excellency Amman Mayor – Chairman of The Committee.
2- Representative of The Municipality Council nominated by the Council – Member.
3- His Excellency The City managerMember.
4- A Representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture nominated by its Minister – Members.
5- Representative of the Farmers General Union nominated by the Union Board – Member.
6- Representative of the vegetables and fruits traders and exporters Association nominated by its Chairman – Member.
7- Representative of the Jordanian vegetables and fruits producers and exporter society nominated by its Chairman – Member.
8- Representative of the chamber of commerce from the vegetable and fruit retail traders nominated by the Chamber Council in any govern orate where a Chamber of Commerce is available or nominated by the administrative governor if no Chamber of Commerce is available therein – Member.

9- Representative of the national society for consumer protection– Member.
10- Market Manager – Member.
