64. The Commission reviewed the petition submitted by the owners of Melon and Watermelon arbors in which they request to reconsider the resolutions of the previous Commission and to permit them to show and sell Fruits and Vegetables in the arbors.
And after discussion, the Commission Deny approval for arbor owners to show and sell fruits and vegetables in the arbors, confirming the central market management commission previous resolutions No. (3) dated 03 Jan. 2006, and resolution No. (36) dated 13 July.2006 and resolution No. (34) Paragraph (B) 20 March 2007, and resolution No.(44) paragraph (B) dated 15 April.2007, which contains limiting the Arbors licenses for Melon and Watermelon only, forbidding show and sale of fruits and vegetables in the arbors.

65. The commission reviewed the plea for mercy presented by Mr. Rebhi Nimer Ali AlHablawi, leased of the trade shops which have the following numbers (40+41+44+45) within phase (C) inside the market in which he requested to exempt him from the amount of the rents resultant from the mentioned shops for 2007.
And after discussion: The Commission denies approval of the above submitted plea of mercy, and it resolved to recipe the overdue rents entirely and duly.

66. The Commission reviewed the petition submitted by Mr. Ehab Na’em Tha’meh in which he requests to rent a space from the basement from the flower’s bourse which is subsidiary to the management of the Central Market and that is to use it as stores to cool and preserve the importer goods into the flower’s bourse.
And after discussion: The Commission resolved to grant approval on the mentioned petition on condition that this will not contradict with Property’s Department.

67. The Commission reviewed the petition submitted by Mr. Ehab Na’em Tha’meh in which he requests an approval to issue licenses for carts for selling flowers’ bouquets in suitable sites in the flower’s bourse where such carts will not affect on the sale of the shops in the bourse.

70. The Commission reviewed the topic of the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture who are working in the department of the Central Market which is subsidiary to Greater Amman Municipality.
And After discussion : The Commission resolved to ascribe to pay ( 50JD) Fifty Dinar monthly for each employee from the employees of the Ministry of Agriculture , working in the Central Market on condition that they should comply with attendance system for the employees of the Central Market.
